How to use Meditation Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your Meditation Essential Oil Blend to your diffuser for a peaceful atmosphere.

Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck, or temples for a calming effect.

Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle or use steam inhalation for a grounding experience.
